The following information is provided by The American Legion Department of the Philippines Burial Assistance Office. 

It is our sad duty to inform you that Six (6) Comrades have fallen:

Case # 21-82 – Gregory Thomas “Mouse” Welch,  CTAC, U.S. Navy Retired age 67, passed away on Friday, September 10, 2021 at his residence in Angeles City. Pending the arrival of the Letter of Authorization from the family in the U.S., their instructions are he will be cremated in Angeles City Public Memorial Park (Angeles City Public Cemetery & Crematorium) in Sapalibutad, Angeles City & will have an Inurnment Burial with Military Honors by VFW Post 2485 & FRA San Miguel Branch 367 of San Antonio to Conduct the 2-Bell Ceremony. Date is pending.

Case # 21-81, Eritch Roberston, U.S. Air Force Veteran age 70, passed away on Thursday, August 26, 2021 at The Medical City, Clark. Funeral arrangements are pending.

Case # 21-ICAB-34, James L. Dobbs, U.S. Marine Corps Veteran, Korean War Veteran, Purple Heart, age 97, passed away on Friday, September 10, 2021 at his residence in San Juan, Tarlac. Funeral arrangements are incomplete but the family is planning to have an Interment Burial with Military Honors by VFW Post 2485 and U.S Marine Corp Eulogy by the Leathernecks, Philippines in Clark Veterans Cemetery on Thursday, September 16, 2021 (pending approval).

Case # 21-ICAB-33, Esmenio T. Labasan, U.S. Navy Veteran, age 92, passed away on Friday, September 3, 2021 at his residence in Brgy. Poblacion Sur, Paniqui, Tarlac. He was laid to rest with an Interment Burial in Paniqui, Tarlac.

Case # 21-ICAB-32, David Blaine “Scott” Cameron II,  U.S. Army Retired, age 71, passed away on Monday,  August 30, 2021 at Socsargen County Hospital, General Santos City. He was laid to rest with an Interment Burial at Golden Haven Memorial Park, Brgy. Mabuhay, General Santos City.

Case # 21-ICAB-31, Miguel Vega Pasilan, AO1, U.S. Navy Retired, age 47, passed away on Sunday,  August 22, 2021 at The Medical City, Clark. He

was directly cremated on the same date at Margarita Crematorium, Pandacaqui, Mexico, Pampanga.

Rendering of Military Honors and Inurnment Burial will be held at a later date.
