As precaution to our clients and our staff, all interviews are to be conducted over the phone or through virtual teleconference.

SCHEDULE A TELEPHONE/VIRTUAL APPOINTMENT: Use the website link to schedule your appointment online:

ONLINE DOCUMENT SUBMISSION: The fastest way to send documents to VA is to upload your correspondence electronically through VA.gov.

Visit www.va.gov. Under Disability click “Upload Evidence to support your claim”.

Sign in to VA.gov in any of these ways:

• With your existing My HealtheVet account, or

• With your existing DS Logon account, or

• By creating an account through ID.me

You can also upload it electronically through Direct Upload. Visit eauth.va.gov/accessva/#. Click your category and select Direct Upload. Sign in by creating an account through ID.me 

You can also send documents to VA Manila Regional Office by emailing them to VAMANILARO.VBAMPI@VA.GOV.
