Message for U.S. Citizens: Venue Information for Remote Services in Davao City on July 23, 2024
U.S. Embassy Manila’s American Citizens Services (ACS) Unit will host a remote services event in Davao City on Tuesday, July 23, 2024, to provide the following services:
*Notarial services
*Acceptance of Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA) applications
*Acceptance of U.S. passport applications.
+ With the presidential election less than four months away, ACS would like to remind you that American citizens may vote from anywhere in the world. The remote services team will provide information, materials, and assistance for participating in U.S. elections from overseas. If you cannot attend in person, more information is available through the Federal Voting Assistance Program at www.fvap.gov.
Venue: Davao Christian High School – C. P. Garcia Campus, 4th Floor, Auditorium A (note: please do not confuse this location with the school’s other campus on V. Mapa St.)

Customers will be able to sign up for services on a first-come, first-served basis beginning at 7:30 a.m. on the morning of the event. Please plan to arrive and sign up early as it may not be possible to serve all customers if demand exceeds our capacity. Services are available from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. We anticipate having to turn away some late-arriving customers if they exceed our service capacity, so please arrive promptly and come with all required documents for your desired citizenship and passport services prepared. If you registered and paid online through the Department of State’s new online Consular Report of Birth Abroad application (eCRBA), please bring the confirmation of payment or the summary report from MyTravelGov
Payment for services will only be accepted in Philippine pesos. Exact change only. Service fees are as follows:
Adult (16 and above) passport application (DS11): PHP 9900
Minor (under 16) passport application (DS11): PHP 8100
Passport renewal (minor DS11): PHP 8100
Passport renewal (adult DS82): PHP 7800
Consular Report of Birth Abroad: PHP 6000
Notarial services (per notarial act): PHP 3000
