Message for U.S. Citizens: Only Electronic CRBA Applications accepted at the U.S. Consular Agency in Cebu

To reduce wait time and improve customer service, effective June 15, 2024, the Cebu Consular Agency will only accept Electronic Consular Report of Birth Applications (eCRBA) created via MyTravelgov. This site is a secure, encrypted portal that you can use to start an eCRBA application or access an existing one. eCRBA is the Department of State’s new online system that allows you to enter your data, upload required documents and pay the fee. Additionally, you can check the status of your application online.

Once you have completed the online eCRBA application and submitted the payment, you may schedule an appointment at the U.S.Consular Agency in Cebu through our website’s Appointment Scheduling System.
