The following information is provided by The American Legion Department of the Philippines Office.
Final Approval by ABMC and CDC has been received for this fallen Comrade:
Case # 22- ICA-27, Thomas Robert Burnett, WO4, U.S. Navy Retired, age 76, passed away at the James L. Gordon Memorial Hospital on Saturday August 7, 2022 in Olongapo City, Zambales, Philippines. An interment burial with Military Honors by VFW Post 11447 & FRA 367 2-Bell Ceremony will be held on Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at 10 AM in the Clark Veterans Cemetery.
The following requirements are required by ABMC & VA for all Interment/Inurnment Burials:
1. Thirty to Forty Family Members may attend.
2. All Attendees Must Maintain the Required Social Distancing.
3. All Attendees Must Wear Face Mask
4. Please Bring your vaccination card with you all the time.
All Military Honors will be held at Gate 1 Area of Clark Veterans Cemetery at Clark Freeport Zone in Angeles City. Parking for the Services will be at Gate 2 Parking Area at Clark Veterans Cemetery at Clark Freeport Zone in Angeles City.
It has been Requested that the Fallen Comrade, the Family, and all attendees including the Funeral Homes should arrive 30 minutes before the above posted time. Due to the possibility of the Family’s request for an early start time.
