Final approval by ABMC and CFZ has been received for this Comrade:

Case # 21-ICAB-35, James Patrick Dolge, AMHC, U.S. Navy, Vietnam Era Veteran age 73, passed away on Friday, September 4, 2021 at Our Lady of Lourdes International Medical Center in Olongapo City.

In accordance with his last wishes, he was cremated on Saturday, September 4, 2021 at Olongapo Memorial Chapels and Crematorium in Olongapo City. The rendering of Military Honors by VFW Post 2485 Honor Guard and the FRA San Miguel Branch 367 of San Antonio for the 2-Bell Ceremony has been approved for Thursday, October 14, 2021 at 10:30 AM at the Hall of Flags in Clark Veterans Cemetery (CVC) & following Military Honors, he will be laid to rest with an Inurnment Burial in CVC.
