The following information is provided by the American Legion Department of the Philippines:

It is our sad duty to inform you that another Comrade has fallen: a

Case # 21-ICA-05 David Buitre Cabatuando, BM2, U.S. Navy Retired, age 68 passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, October 24, 2020 at his residence in Gapan City, Nueva Ecija, Philippines. Funeral Arrangements called for an Interment Burial on October 28, 2020 in a Local Cemetery in Gapan City, Nueva Ecija. The Department office of The American Legion is assisting the family.

Pending approval by ABMC/CFZ for the fallen Comrades: 

Case # 21-ICB-03 David Houle, MGYSgt, U.S. Marine Corps Retired, passed away on October 6, 2020 at his residence in Olongapo City, Zambales, Philippines. He was cremated on October 9, 2020 at the Olongapo Memorial Chapels & Crematorium in Olongapo City. 

Submitted & awaiting approval by ABMC/CFZ, the Family has requested rendering of Military Honors by VFW Post 11447 & the

Marine Corp Eulogy by the Leathernecks Philippines to be held on Wednesday, November 4, 2020 at 10:30 AM at The Hall of Flags,

Gate 1 Area, of Clark Veterans Cemetery (CVC) at Clark Freeport Zone in Angeles City. Following Military Honors, he will be

laid to rest with an Inurnment Burial at the Cemetery.

Case # 21-ICB-04 Benny Allen Harper, MSgt, U.S Air Force Retired,

Vietnam War Veteran, member of the VFW, American Legion & the DAV in the US, age 80 passed away Wednesday, September 23, 2020 at The Medical Center, Pasig City, Philippines. Direct cremation was performed on September 23, 2020 at the Evergreen Crematory in Pasig City. Submitted and awaiting approval by ABMC/CFZ, the Family has requested rendering of Military Honors by VFW Post 2485 on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at 10 AM & he  will be laid to rest with an Inurnment Burial in the Cemetery.
