Subject: US mail delivery to military retirees living overseas
On 1 Jul 22, the Military Postal Service Agency cancelled its recent guidance concerning who was authorized to receive mail in overseas areas, and announced that MPSA would put out new guidance in 6 months.
This means all patrons who were sending / receiving mail prior to 24 May 22, including military retirees, will continue to receive mail until a final determination is made by the Office of the Secretary of Defense in the coming months.
