Message for U.S. Citizens: Cebu U.S. Consular Agency Closed for Services June 12 – 23, 2023

The U.S. Consular Agency in Cebu will be closed for services from Monday, June 12 through Friday, June 23, 2023. Regular operations will resume on Monday, June 26, 2023.

The U.S. Embassy’s American Citizen Services (ACS) Unit in Manila will remain open for regular and emergency services during this time. Consular assistance and information may be obtained from our website. In the case of an emergency involving a U.S. citizen, please call + 632 5301 2000. For all other inquiries regarding citizen services, please email ACSInfoManila@state.gov.

The motto of the Vietnam Veterans of America (VVA) is “Never again will one generation of veterans abandon another“. The VVA is a congressionally chartered national organization that serves Vietnam-era veterans and their families. The organization was founded in Washington, D.C. in January 1978 by 15 Vietnam veteran advocates. The VVA has been a leader in advocating for the U.S. government to fulfill its obligations to veterans.
