Sgt Michael R. Hilbert, USMC, Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter PI 887 is a veterans service organization located in Angeles City, Philippines.

our MISSION

To address a full range of issues important to all veterans, participate in and support annual local events commemorating National Vietnam War Day (29 March and address the following:
