President's Message

1.  ATTENTION!!!  THE FOLLOWING RESTRICTIONS DUE TO COVID-19 CASE INCREASES ARE IMPLEMENTED EFFECTIVE 20 MARCH 2021 TO 5 APRIL 2021:

    a.  All individuals as well as establishments are hereby enjoined to observe and implement the minimum public health protocols including but not limited to wearing face masks and face shields at all times except when eating or drinking.  All establishments shall strictly impose taking of temperature and filling up of contact tracing forms upon entry into an establishment.

    b.  All individuals below 18 years of age and over 60 years of age, pregnant women and those with comorbidities are directed to stay at home at all times except when indispensable for the purpose of obtaining essential goods and services.

    c.  Curfew shall be implemented from 10 PM to 5 AM.

    d.  Liquor ban implemented from 20 March 2021 to 5 April 2021.

    e. Food establishments, especially those allowing dine-in are limited to 50% of capacity.

2.  PLEASE follow all local barangay directives and/or restrictions.

3.  VA will be implementing its text message notification system soon. If you are currently receiving texts from the VA, you will automatically be enrolled in the new system. The new system will allow veterans to receive more types of notifications, including:

    a.  Prescription shipments and deliveries.

    b.  VA’s receipt of benefits applications.

    c.  Changes to veterans account.

    d.  Monthly notification of benefits payments.

    e.  Debt information.

4.  Since our next GMM is 6 April, and the new restrictions are to end 5 April, we will hold our meeting on 6 April. If there are any changes, notification will be sent.
