Remote Services Event in Davao City on March 25, 2025
The U.S. Embassy’s American Citizens Services (ACS) Unit, along with representatives from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the Philippine Retirement Agency (PRA), will hold a remote services event for U.S. citizens in Davao City, Philippines on March 25, 2025.
Date: March 25, 2025
Location: 5th floor, Tebow Cure Hospital, J.P. Laurel Ave., Bajada, Davao City – (see on Google Maps )
Service Hours:
* ACS: 8:00 am to 11:00 am (sign-up begins at 7:30 am)
* VA: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Services will be offered on a first come, first served basis. We recommend arriving early to secure a spot.

. Health-related services for eligible veterans

. Information and assistance for retirees in the Philippines
What to Bring:
* Originals documents and photocopies required for your specific service
* Passport applicants: Bring a passport photograph meeting these requirements.
* Documents and photos must be prepared in advance. Embassy personnel cannot provide printing, copying, or photography services.
* Face masks are required due to hospital guidelines.
Parking:
* NO parking available at the venue. Consider parking at nearby establishments or SM Lanang.

* Important Information:
. Passport Applicants: Many passport renewals can be submitted by mail. Check your eligibility here. In-person passport applications are only required for the following cases:
. Applicants under age 18 (both parents must appear unless conditions here are met)
. Lost or stolen passport replacements
. First-time passport applications, or those renewing for the first time after turning 16
Renewals for passports issued over 15 years ago
Consular Report of Birth Abroad Applicants: If you completed your application online (eCRBA), please bring the payment confirmation or MyTravelGov summary report.
Applicants for Citizenship and Passport services must review all information on the U.S. Embassy website and come prepared to help ensure their application is processed quickly.
* Payment for ACS Services:
. Fees must be paid in exact change (Philippine pesos ONLY).
* Service Fee (PHP)
. Adult passport (DS-11, age 16+) = ₱9,900
. Minor passport (under 16, DS-11) = ₱8,100
. Passport renewal (minor, DS-11) = ₱8,100
. Passport renewal (adult, DS-82) = ₱7,800
. Consular Report of Birth Abroad = ₱600
. Notarial service (per signature) = ₱3,000
