Update regarding Remote Services in Olongapo City on September 10, 2024, and Angeles City on September 11, 2024

This message contains additional venue and scheduling details for upcoming remote services events. Please read carefully if you are interested in attending one of these events.

American Citizens Services (ACS) will provide the following services from 8:00 am to 11:00 am:

โ€ข Notarial services: (https://ph.usembassy.gov/services/notarials/),

โ€ข Acceptance of Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA) applications, and

โ€ข Acceptance of U.S. passport applications.

Please note that many passport renewals can also be submitted by mailโ€”

visithttps://ph.usembassy.gov/passports/for details. While all applicants are welcome to attend, personal appearances are only required for:

โ€ข Applications by minors under age 18 (both parents must also appear, if possible),

โ€ข Replacement of lost or stolen passports,

โ€ข First-time passport applications, or the first application aft er age 16, and

โ€ข Applications to renew a passport issued more than 15 years ago.

We will accept customers for services beginning at 7:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. on a first come, first served basis. We anticipate turning away some late-arriving customers due to volume, so please arrive promptly and come prepared with all required documents for your citizenship and passport services. If you registered and paid online through the Department of Stateโ€™s new online application (eCRBA), please bring the confirmation of payment or the summary report from MyTravelGov.

Applicants for Citizenship and Passport services must read all information on the U.S. Embassy website and come prepared to ensure efficient processing of each application.

Payment for services will only be accepted in Philippine pesos, and in exact change only. Service fees are as follows:

โ€ข Adult (16 and above) passport application (DS11): PHP 9900

โ€ข Minor (under 16) passport application (DS11): PHP 8100

โ€ข Passport renewal (minor DS11): PHP 8100

โ€ข Passport renewal (adult DS82): PHP 7800

โ€ข Consular Report of Birth Abroad: PHP 6000

โ€ข Notarial services (per notarial act): PHP 3000

With the presidential election less than four months away, ACS would like to remind you that American citizens may vote from anywhere in the world. The remote services team will provide information, materials, and assistance for participating in U.S. elections from overseas. If you cannot attend in person, more information is available through the Federal Voting Assistance Program atwww.fvap.gov.
