Greetings,

The Manila Outpatient Clinic will be closed on Thursday, May 13th for Eid’l Fitr except for previously scheduled COVID vaccination appointments.  If you have a vaccine appointment on Thursday May 13th, please come to the clinic.  Pharmacy and laboratory will be closed. No walk-in services will be provided.

Veterans can register their interest in receiving a vaccination at https://www.va.gov/health-care/covid-19-vaccine/. Please use Zip Code “96517” when entering your information into the online form. Philippine postal codes are not currently compatible with the online system.

If a the spouse/caregiver of a Veteran is interested in receiving a vaccine from VA Manila, please send an email to: ManilaCOVIDVaccine@va.gov with the following information:

Name, Date of Birth, Last 4 Numbers of your SSN

(if a spouse/caregiver of a Veteran): Veteran’s Name, Date of Birth, Last 4 of Social Security Number (if applicable)

Local Address (full street, barangay, city, province, postal code).

Local Phone Number and Email Address

Include a statement that you want to receive a COVID-19 vaccination, and are you willing to travel to VA Manila in Pasay City to receive the vaccine.

We will add your contact information and email to our database and will contact you when a vaccine is available. Please note it may be several months before we have sufficient supplies to vaccinate all non-enrolled Veterans and spouses/caregivers in the Philippines.
